I've been going to this club since late September with my children. I've noticed major improvements in both of them. I've also since joined and sire glad I stepped out of my comfort zone and joined. today was my first open mat class. had 4 rounds and each round the guys talked me through it giving me tips and what not. I'm very happy with this club. good coaches, good camaraderie and a very good atmosphere.
Not much else a country boy could ask for.
